Our Process

Our liqueurs are made by combining fruit, flowers, sugar, and a range of other botanicals, with a premium London Dry Gin.
We have spent years perfecting our recipes, to make sure every liqueur we make is the best that money can buy.
Our elderflowers and sloes are all handpicked from local hedgerows in South Devon.
We only use British raspberries, and are working on growing enough of our own for our liqueurs.
Every stage of our process is handcrafted - from the sloe picking, to the blending and steeping in glass jars, sieving of the fruit, and finally bottling, labelling and dipping in wax.  We make our liqueurs in small batches, and fastidiously taste every batch, so we ensure each bottle contains something really special.
